Luckily, Andrei persuaded me that I would be MUCH happier with a bespoke Sauna than buying a pre-built Cube Sauna. He checked and gave me tips on my design and then also checked and corrected my proposed purchases. I called him several times during the build and he was super prompt and helpful at all times. For the same money as a pre built Cube, I now have a lovely bespoke Sauna that is super functional, sustainable and easy to maintain. It should last years and it provides a joyful experience with its integrated changing room and outdoor shower. Nice guy. Would recommend.

These guys could run courses on how to treat your customers. They supplied all of my materials and components for me to build my sauna. Gave advice, always available in the phone, answered my (stupid) questions and the quality of products is exceptional. Timber is a natural product and has knots, shakes, and other imperfections that often spoil the finished item. Not this timber. Straight and practically knot free (see pictures). Highly recommend. Also, their prices are so much more competitive than most of the other online suppliers
